这次要和大家分享一间面店，叠记咖喱美
食。它有两家门店，澳门总店和氹仔分店。
谈起叠记咖喱，相信大部分澳门人都不会陌
生。其牛腩和咖喱远近驰名，吃过的人都赞
不绝口。澳门总店我已光顾多次，于是这次
选择了氹仔分店。分店的门面设计及装潢和
总店大同小异，餐牌上的食物亦大致相同。
一坐下来，我立即点了牛腩鸡翼面和一份油
菜。厨房速度很快，不到五分钟一碗热腾腾
的面已经放在我眼前。牛腩肥瘦适中，肉质
松化，卤水完全融入其中，再加上秘制的少
许咖喱汁，惹味又不会太辣，吃完面后还要
把汤喝得一滴不剩，这才心满意足。油菜选
用芥兰苖，爽脆鲜嫩。最重要的是，不知为
何氹仔分店的价格要比澳门总店便宜很多，
简直物超所值，务必去品尝一下！
葡萄牙餐厅在澳门随处可见，但每个周末涌
入公鸡葡国餐厅的人群充分说明了它的受欢
迎程度。它位于伦斯泰特大马路南端，距离
雅诗阁和凯旋门仅几步之遥。这间餐厅专长
于家居风格的烹饪，菜品分量大，氛围闲适
随性。在众多的菜式选择中，我们非常倾心
番茄浓汁炖土豆牛肉，是一道让人愉快的舒
怀菜。烤羊肉串亦相当诱人，外焦里嫩，确
保您一饱口福。前菜我们推荐番茄普切塔，
用料十足，有一种扑面而来的清爽气息。在
这里用餐很难不感到兴致盎然。墙面、门、
椅和桌布满是各种生动活泼的色彩，房橼上
悬挂着玩味十足的猴子玩偶，十分惹眼。无
论是下班后的简餐抑或全家人的聚会，这里
都不会令您失望。

Located at the southern end of Avenida Sir
AndersLjungstedt justashortwalk from theAscott
and L’Arc, Dom Galo specializes in home style
cookingwith largeportion sizes anda casual vibe
making itagreatplacetounwind.
Weabsolutelyadorethebeefandpotatoes ina
richtomatosaucewhichisadelightfulcomfortfood,
while forareal treattheskeweredbarbecue lamb is
spectacularwith itsperfect combinationof searing
ontheoutsideandtendernesswithin.
For a tasty starter we also recommend the
tomato bruschettawhich is generous in size and
boastsasurprisingbutrefreshingtang.
It’s hard not to feel cheery at DomGalo. The
walls, doors, chairs and table cloths areall painted
in an array of vibrant colorswhile the various toy
monkeyshangingplayfullyfromtherafterscertainly
make foran interestingdiscussionpoint.
Be it aquick bite afterwork or a feast for the
whole family, it’s fair to say youwon’t leave here
hungry.
Oneofmy favoriterestaurants for lunch isanoodle
shopcalledCasadeFitasTipKei.Ithastwo locations
–amainbranch inMacauanda second inTaipa. I
believemanyMacau locals are familiar with this
restaurantastheirbeefbrisketandcurryareknown
farandwide.
I have visited theMacaubranchmany times
beforesothistimeIchosetogotoTaipainstead.The
designanddecorationaresimilar tothemainshop
andthemenu isprettymuchthesame.Assoonas I
satdown, Iordered theirBeefBrisketNoodleswith
ChickenWingsaswellasavegetabledish.
Theservicewasveryquickandtheyplacedthe
steaminghotnoodledish infrontofme in lessthan
fiveminutes.Thebeefbrisketwasvery tender and
well flavored, not too fat or lean. Togetherwith a
littlecurrysaucemadewiththeirsecretrecipe,itwas
full of flavorbutnot too spicy. I didn’t feel satisfied
until I finishedthe lastdropof thesoup!
The stir-fried vegetables dish used kale
seedlingswhichwerecrispyand fresh. I’mnot sure
why thepricesat theTaipabrancharemuch lower
than theMacauonebut it’sgreat value formoney
andshouldn’tbemissed!
