Best described as a chic yet unpretentious dining experience serving up an exceptional array of traditional Cantonese classics, the main menu is complemented by a separate dim sum menu and a hot pot menu. The impressive selection makes Lotus Palace equally fitting for a casual meal, a romantic evening with your partner or a lengthy Chinese New Year celebration with family. Walk into the restaurant through the glittering gold entryway and you’ll be greeted by upscale, distinctly Chinese décor tinged in black and red while the private dining rooms 御莲宫 澳门巴黎人三楼 每日11:00至15:00及18:00至23:00营业 Lotus Palace Parisian Macao Level 3 Open 11:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 23:00 daily +853 8111 9260 R25 offer a modern setting offset by traditional artefacts. When it comes to the food itself, Lotus Palace prides itself on combining traditional favorites with new and exciting ingredients. Options include Steamed black truffle dumpling with yam bean, Scallop dumpling topped with a trio of crab roe, Steamed bun with charcoal and salted egg custard, Crispy glutinous rice dumpling with goose liver and dried scallops, Rice sheet rolls with truffle and wild mushroom, Congee with sliced abalone, Cordycep flower with shredded chicken and Pan-fried Chinese green tea pancakes with fresh mango. We also highly recommend one of the new additions to the menu, Wagyu beef and sakura shrimp. The aim of this new menu is to present dishes that are familiar to guests but surprise with some unusual and unexpected additions. “We experimented extensively with a wide range of materials in order to create what look like traditional dim sum, but will surprise and delight when tasted,” says Piaza Dining and Lotus Palace Executive Sous Chef Hew Choong Yew. Exclusively designed for Lotus Palace, many of the dishes on the menu won’t be found anywhere else in the world.
