义顺牛奶公司
澳门虽然地方小,但却拥有不少
具有保存价值的世界文化遗产。饮食
方面也有不少历史悠久的餐馆,比如
开业至今已拥有一百五十多年历史的
义顺牛奶公司。这一百五十多年来义
顺牛奶公司的生意代代传承,不知不
觉其家族已有五代不同人经营主理。
义顺牛奶公司于濠江绝对可以称得上
陪伴了不少地道澳门人的成长,笔者
也当然绝不例外。能够经营百多年并
屹立不倒的餐馆,优胜的地方必定是
食物的质素。义顺牛奶公司所采用的
牛奶全由自家农场提供,所以其牛奶
质素有绝对保证。
义顺牛奶公司驰名的除了双皮奶
及姜汁撞奶之外,还有自家秘制的辣
鱼包、猪扒包及马来亚介央多士,都
是令人垂涎的美食。

of Macanese life from childhood to
adulthood. If a restaurant can operate
for that long, the quality of its food

I Son uses is all provided by their own
farm, so the quality is guaranteed.
Besides Chinese style milk
pudding (double-skinmilk) andginger
milk curd, Leitaria I Son is also famous
for its homemade spicy fish bun, pork
chop bun andMalaysian coconut jam
on toast.
一直以来中国人跟西方人的饮食口
味都不一样。中国人普遍认为传统的葡
国餐味道有点儿不合。由于澳门从明朝期
间就已开始被葡萄牙人租借,累积逾几百
年来的历史令现今澳门有不少葡​国人于此
定居,饮食文化也有所改变。现在澳门的
葡国餐添加了不少中式元素。位处凯旋门
娱乐场旁的澳门人葡餐馆,楼高两层,开
业已近两年。餐馆一系列美食迎合上班一
族,葡式、西式及本土特色一应俱全,午
饭或晚饭时段均设有不同套餐。
笔者至爱:镬仔海鲜饭用海鲜及意
大利米以浓汤煮成,味道浓而不腻;葡
式大串烧有鸡柳、牛肉、猪肉及中虾供
选,再以葡式烧汁煮制而成;盐焗海鲔以
牛油纸包裹海鲔后再盐焗,既锁住了鱼的
鲜味,亦可除腥,配以特色烧汁,味道一
尝定难忘。

We all have different tastes
and, in particular, us Chinese
don't generally favour traditional
Portuguese cuisine, but Macanese
Cuisine offers many different dishes
that aim to please many taste buds.
It also offers different lunch sets and
dinner combos.
Recommendation: Aberdeen
Paella is cooked in a thick soup with
seafood and Italian rice. It is rich in
flavour and not greasy. Portuguese
skewers of chicken, beef, pork and
prawns are on offer, along with a
special Portuguese sauce. Salt baked
sea tuna uses parchment paper to
wrap the sea tuna before baking, in
order to lock up the freshness and
moisture of the fish.
