The Melbourne Rebels have had another tough year. They host the “big bad” Bulls from South Africa tonight. We are going to take the Rebels at the handicap because I think they can put in a good effort in sloppy conditions in front of their home crowd and should at least be competitive even though they face a stronger opposition.
