The Venetian Macau has been working on a new 13,000 square foot high limit gaming area, as reported in World Gaming’s Jan/Feb issue here.

The wait is now finally over, with the luxurious gaming area unveiled yesterday (7 January 2012).

The project aims to bring players the most unique, luxurious and personalised gaming experience possible, with a level of service and amenities previously only associated with Venetian’s ultra-high-end sister property, The Plaza.

The High Limits area, designed for the use of both premium mass gaming guests and VIP players, boasts a host of attractive new features including 52 table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Sands Stud poker). The exclusive 5,000-square-foot Ruby Room has 14 baccarat tables and provides Ruby and Diamond Sands Rewards Club members a personalised luxury tea cup, monogrammed cashmere shawl, personal slippers and a universal device charger. The Slots Room has 156 slot machines spread across 5,000 square feet of floor space, including four exclusive VIP slot rooms. Wireless gaming is available on a 55” plasma TV and iPads are available with remote play, TV channels and dining menus. Dining options in the High Limits gaming area include a Tea Lounge that offers premium selections from The Venetian’s very own resident Tea Master.

“The new spaces are exceptionally distinctive luxury environments offering expanded amenities and consistently superlative service, with attention to detail,” said Andrew Billany, Senior Vice President of Paiza and Plaza Operations. “Our new spaces will cater to our premium mass gaming guests and will set a new standard for a high limit gaming experience in Macao; we will provide a truly personalised service for both our high limit table and slot players.”
