The Lions host the Ravens in a clash that is crucial to their play-off aspirations. Both sides are currently 7-6 this season with Detroit sitting atop the NFC North on percentages and the Ravens in second in the AFC North, so a win here would do wonders in regards to cementing their positions.
The widely held belief is that the Lions are a far more talented team than Baltimore, but that often goes by the wayside due to their propensity to shut off mentally in crucial periods of the game. In particular they seem to struggle in the fourth quarter, but provided they start well this week they should be far too good at home given their potent offense.
