It’s Grand Final time in the southern hemisphere’s Super Rugby competition as Australia’s NSW Waratahs play host to New Zealand’s Canterbury Crusaders.
There has been some vocal support for the Crusaders this week with many believing that their seven Super Rugby titles will give them an edge because they know how to get the job done on the big stage. The Waratahs, on the other hand, are still chasing their first title having twice lost to the Crusaders in Grand Finals before.
Having said that, this is the first time NSW has played a Grand Final on their home ground and they’ve been the best team all year. They are also playing with supreme confidence having won their last eight games and remain undefeated at home in 2014. We like what we see.
