To develop the distinctive aroma of Oolong, specific requirements must be met such as the amount of tealeaves, water temperature, steeping time and brewing method, which a tea specialist will demonstrate with a porcelain Chinese Yixing tea set whilst explaining the different methods adapted by Fujian, Guangdong and Taiwanese tea drinkers.
