French choreographer Xavier Le Roy draws on diverse influences from the worlds of science, performance art and contemporary dance. Alone on stage, he morphs between human and machine – slowly contorting his body into a variety of surprising poses and deviating as far as possible from an identifiable human figure. The hour-long piece is performed in complete silence.
