A year is a long time in any sport. In the last major of 2012 it was Rory McIlroy who held the PGA trophy aloft and he looked like a young man who had the world of golf at his feet.
Unfortunately for the young Irishman, things haven’t worked out as he may have liked since. I think the kid is a champion and champions bounce back, so I am going to go for him to turn around his horrible year and produce a top 5 finish this week. I will, however, be having something on my old mate Tiger (even though Oakhill is far from his favorite course) as well, so be warned.
