Plush for PINK

Written by Yuci Tai

On the Cotai Strip, when I want to watch a movie, I immediately think of Galaxy Macau; if I want to see a concert or go shopping, the Venetian is certainly the first chosen. And when I think City Of Dreams, The House of Dancing Water would flash into my brain. But more recently, when I think pink, it makes me think of Conrad Macao.

Conrad Macao, Cotai Central has embraced a passionate pink theme exemplified by floral arrangements and decorations throughout the hotel. “PINK Fridays” involves staff and management adding a dapper dash of pink to their uniforms. Walk into the hotel and I am enveloped with love. It is a great place for couples to come for a little romance.

Following the success of its 2012 project, Conrad Macao, Cotai Central has announced its 2013 “Plush for PINK” campaign which will offer guests a series of “plush, pink experiences” in support of the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution.

I was also drawn over here by the delectable PINK Afternoon Tea at The Lounge. All food is predominantly pink and from MOP$168, a considerable amount to the ladies, there is enough for two or three people to enjoy together with part of the proceeds to be donated to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund. If you order the MOP$238 luxury tea set you will also receive a Paisley PINK Conrad bear or Shimmering PINK duck as a meaningful souvenir.

After enjoying a Pink afternoon, make sure you take the opportunity to stroll within Sands Cotai Central and grab some luck from the 16 foot high God of Fortune! And the Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central will hold the German Oktoberfest from 10 October to 20 October. It is something to remember.
