MGM Macau will hold a special baccarat and slots tournament for their Supreme and Platinum members over the coming week with prizes totaling HK$17.8 million.
The President’s Cup will run on consecutive weekends from 6 December to 14 December with the eight finalists in the baccarat tournament set to compete for glory on custom-made golden table worth HK$2.5 million. Complete with 999.9 Gold plaques, the entire table set was constructed by a special team of four elite artisans.
The winner of the baccarat tournament will take home HK$6 million and the slots tournament HK$3.8 million along with a President’s Cup trophy crafted from Chow Tai Fook 999.9 Gold. Each trophy weights 80 taels and stands 60 centimeters high.
The two trophies feature details aesthetic pattern engravings and took a team of six specialists 30 days to complete.
