Good Food Guide: Leitaria I Son

Written by The Panda

There is so much culture and heritage in this small place called Macau and a long food history is what makes her unique. Leitaria I Son is one of those establishments with a legacy of over 150 years. It is a family business passed on through five generations and has been a part of Macanese life from childhood to adulthood. If a restaurant can operate for that long, the quality of its food must be outstanding.

The milk Leitaria I Son uses is all provided by their own farm, so the quality is guaranteed. Besides Chinese style milk pudding (double-skin milk) and ginger milk curd, Leitaria I Son is also famous for its homemade spicy fish bun, pork chop bun and Malaysian coconut jam on toast.
