Try the perfectly cooked rack of lamb smothered in brown sauce and wash it down with an iced mocha with chocolate ice cream. When you cut the lamb, the meat is pink and soft with a little fat. You would think the fat would be too greasy but you don’t need to worry as the accompanying sauce is specially designed with added lemon juice so the sour taste refreshes your taste buds.
