The Philippines has been a great advocate for poker in the Asia Pacific region. With 33 poker clubs spread across the country offering a mix of tournament and cash ring games, you will surely find a game that suits your limits.

Resorts World Manila is the new mega resort that offers high limit gaming that rivals the best of luxury casinos anywhere in the world. Located just across from Terminal 3 of Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport, you can easily get your poker fix on. It is also the home of the Manila leg of the Asian Poker Tour. Later this year, the APT will partner with World Champion boxer and Philippine hero Manny Pacquiao to stage the Manny Pacquiao World Poker Event on December 7 to 12, at the Pan Pacific Hotel‘s Asia Poker Sports Club in Malate, Philippines. The tournament will be an official APT Accredited Event. It will feature a PHP 500,000 buy-in High Rollers, a PHP 11,000 buy-in Pot Limit Omaha event and a PHP 50,000 buy-in main event. Tournament Director, Lloyd Fontillas, said, “The APT is obviously proud to be ensuring its popular and trusted protocol is followed at the Manny Pacquiao World Poker Event. I’m sure it will be a pleasure working with such a respected personality as Manny and we’re looking forward to seeing a large turnout.”
