Manchester United host Belgium’s Club Brugge at Old Trafford tonight in the first leg of their Champions league qualifying tie in what looms as a tricky clash for the Red Devils.
Brugge proved to be a dangerous side in last year’s Europa League and United are shorter than we’d prefer given they’re yet to truly kick into gear in the new season, however we’re confident enough to take them outright. Consecutive 1-0 Premier League wins will be good for their confidence and they’ve looked solid defensively, while Brugge lack the same level of class across the pitch and are certain to miss departed goalkeeper Matt Ryan this season.
