The Cronulla Sharks have been the surprise packet of the NRL this year. At the start of the season they were considered wooden spoon contenders, but with the representative season over and teams looking towards the finals, the Sharkies find themselves in a race for the top four.
The Sharks will be boosted by the return of their champion duo, Paul Gallen and Todd Carney, which should see them charge through a Monday night shellacking of the Roosters. The Roosters are a hot and cold team, but I can’t see them upsetting the Sharks even if they were on fire.
