The outlook for his Macau properties might be somewhat bleak but Steve Wynn doesn’t seem too concerned if his latest dalliances in the property market are anything to go by.

Steve Wynn is upgrading from this …

Less than 12 months after purchasing an opulent 11,000 square-foot property – complete with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms – in the prestigious Los Angeles suburb of Bel-Air, the 73-year-old gaming magnate has quickly decided he needs more space.

Wynn last week put his short-term abode back on the market for a cool US$17.45 million which is roughly US$1 million more than he paid for it.

... to this!

… to this!

And according to word on the street, he has already found a more suitable residence in Beverly Hills. Measuring almost double the size at 19,299 square feet, Wynn’s latest purchase features eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and is reported to cost US$47.5 million.

It’s just a shame times are so tough for him in Macau!
