Bill Haas won this tournament last year beating Phil Mickelson and Keegan Bradley in a playoff. All three finished just seven shots under the card, so the scoring this week may not be as low as we have seen in the last few tournaments. There is plenty of money on offer this weekend and I’m going with our hero from last year Sergio Garcia. He has been playing well on the European Tour and he should adjust pretty quickly to Californian conditions. We will go for a top 10 finish, which is definitely achievable for the likable Spaniard who loves pandas.
