It’s State of Origin Game 2 and the only thing I will promise you is that this game will be as tough and as exciting as the first. There is no such thing as a bad State of Origin game, so do yourself a favor – find a television, put the beers on ice and ring up for a pizza. This time the game is going to be played in Queensland and it will be a cauldron of Maroon. There is plenty of tension and don’t be surprised if punches are thrown early on.
I see no reason to get off the Blues. I think the team is ready now to step up and win at one of the hardest venues in the world for a travelling team to play at. The Blues have made a few changes through injury and suspension and I think the selectors have once again done a good job. Josh Dugan is a great player and should slip nicely into this team. Go the Blues – tonight will hopefully be the night that the Queensland domination ends.
