The Pool Bar at JW Marriott Hotel kicks off this years’ barbecue buffet.
The steamy summer heat has well and truly arrived in town and it’s time for a cool getaway! Every Friday and Saturday throughout the season, the Pool Bar at JW Marriott Hotel will hold a BBQ-themed summer evening buffet, inviting guests to start their weekend in style by chilling poolside with an array of refreshing cocktails and scrumptious food, along with soothing live music and unlimited pool access.
Located on the third floor of the hotel, the Pool Bar is an easy and relaxing place to unwind. Guests can simply sit back in the plush lounge chairs, soak up the sun and enjoy the serenity and tranquility after a hard week at work.
And once the clock hits 18:00, Pool Bar will transform into a spectacular alfresco feast replete with Southeast Asian and Mediterranean delights. Indulge in dinner buffet sets featuring unlimited barbeque delicacies, gourmet dishes, themed party snacks and an eclectic range of delicious cocktails personally crafted by in-house mixologists.
The dinner buffet sets offer an array of appetizers including Chorizo sausage and squid salad, Thai beef salad, as well as a variety of cold cut platters, Mediterranean bites and cheese selections. Of course you cannot miss the barbeque offerings, ranging from wood-grilled chicken and Portuguese sausage to sirloin steak, beef tenderloin, sardines and prawns served with delicious condiments.
Although the diversity of food has been slightly reduced this year from previously, the hotel explained to us that, “This year we would like to pay more attention on our guests’ chill-out experience. On one hand we reduced the food diversity, but on the other hand we added more stands for guests to enjoy good drinks and talks with their friends by the outdoor pool area. And in this case, we also cut the price by almost half.”
“Cool Off Night Chill by the Pool” costs MOP$298 per person including dinner buffet and two standard drinks, as well as unlimited pool access from 16:00 to 20:00. And if you’re a lady like me, enjoy complimentary admission and free- ow standard drinks all night!
