Las Vegas’ Chinese themed Lucky Dragon Hotel and Casino, which only opened its doors for the first time in November, is already planning to expand its VIP gaming facilities.
Citing a rapidly expanding clientele base – particularly Chinese tourists – Lucky Dragon CEO David Jacoby said, “We are very excited about the growth of our VIP segment and know these changes will be for the long-term benefit of Lucky Dragon and all of our guests.
Although no date has yet been given for renovations to begin, Jacoby said they will include the expansion of the Pearl Ocean restaurant to add VIP tables and the temporary closure of Dragon’s Alley street market in order to add a noodle bar.
China’s Hainan Airlines launched the very first direct service from Beijing to Las Vegas in December as Chinese tourism to the US gaming hub continues to grow.
