Good Food Guide: Jockey Japanese Dining

Cotai has certainly boomed in recent years and as well as the likes of Galaxy, Venetian and City of Dreams we’ve seen plenty of new restaurants open too. One such offering popular with the locals is Jockey Japanese Dining. When we dined here the waitress was very helpful and gave a detailed explanation of the menu.

Recommended dishes include beef sashimi (fresh and rich in taste), tuna belly sashimi (fatty, not greasy, and melts in your mouth), yam appetizer, grilled salted fish and sake goose liver (which complements the other dishes well and tastes superb). All these dishes use very fresh ingredients.
