Lord Stow’s has three outlets in Coloane and also an outlet at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. You’ll generally find tourists in these shops. Few people know there is also a Lord Stow’s at the University of Macau’s International Library. Tourists often line up at a Lord Stow’s outlet for a bite of the Portuguese egg tart, and their salads and sandwiches are also quite popular. They offer a variety of bread: white, whole wheat, buns and even pita. A thin layer of butter is spread across your bread before you choose your own fillings. My favorite ingredients are mango with chicken or ham, and cheese. For a healthier meal, you may pick another vegetable that suits your creation.
Feel free to use your imagination and invent a flavor of your own! The University outlet of Lord Stow’s has one big advantage – lower prices! For example, the beef lasagna is almost half the price as it is in the other Lord Stow’s shops. Tired of Portuguese egg tart? We recommend you try an enormous baked potato with your own choice of topping.
