Good Food Guide: Man Japanese Food

Although located in a fairly low traffic street, Man Japanese Food is often fully occupied and their customers include the Japanese people working in Macau. The shop is small, but they provide a great variety of food with very fresh ingredients. Sashimi is of course the first recommendation when it comes to Japanese cuisine. The assorted sashimi offered here is highly recommended and includes all kinds of seafood. Its fish and shellfish are fresh in taste and firm in texture. The radish and seaweed on the side are very refreshing. There are also many kinds of sushi to select from but for those who don’t like cold or raw food there is a range of hot foods too.

Besides the common dishes you expect to find in a Japanese restaurant, there are some dishes that combine both Japanese and Chinese cuisines. At different times of year they also prepare dishes specific to the season. Don’t forget to try the homemade mango pudding and ice cream for dessert!
