This Vietnamese restaurant is often packed with customers. The shop is small, but they have a great variety of food on offer including Australian M9 wagyu. But we recommend the crab pho and Bun Bo Hue. When the crab pho was brought to our table, we were all surprised how big it was – it’s a huge bowl of food! Aside from the big piece of crab cake made of crab meat, crab cream and eggs, there are also tomatoes, Giò lụa and crab cream. The ingredients are fresh and the soup is impeccable. The Bun Bo Hue consists of beef, Giò lụa and trotter. The Giò lụa is chewy and the best we’ve ever eaten. In addition, the cold prawn and Vietnamese style clams are also high quality.
The cold prawn is matched with Spanish onion and parsley which is fresh and tasty, while the clams are big and cooked to perfection. They also offer some Vietnamese canned drinks you don’t see very often. Vietnam frozen espresso is another item you must try but get in early because they are often sold out!
