The 86th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), will honor the actors, technical achievements and films of 2013 and will take place on 2 March 2014 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles. UA Galaxy Cinemas is holding the “Oscars Season”, a celebration of the movie industry’s most influential award. Starting from 17 February until 2 March, the cinema complex will screen selected Oscar-nominated movies, giving movie fans the chance to watch some of the year’s best movies. And Galaxy Macau is putting audiences at the center of all the awards action with a special Oscars Season lucky draw.
Audiences can pick the winners of the Best Picture, Best Actor and Best Actress awards. Those who correctly predict these prestigious categories will be entered into a lucky draw for the chance to win fabulous prizes including Best Picture – a royal experience at UA Galaxy Cinemas Director’s Club for up to 15 friends and family (one winner); and Best Actor and Best Actress – a pair of UA Galaxy Cinemas 3D movie tickets (20 winners each).
