They haven’t really hit their straps so far this season, nor has their home record been anywhere near as imposing as it was on their way to winning the title just a few months back, but the signs are there that reigning EPL champions Manchester City are slowly starting to warm to the task.
They’ve scored six goals in their past two premiership matches and return home tonight to face a Tottenham side that has been nothing short of underwhelming over the past month. Despite a loss to Stoke in Week 3 and a draw against Chelsea in their last home clash, we love backing City at Etihad and they should be good enough to get the points in this one.
