This is a good time of year for betting on the major football codes on offer in Australia – even if you don’t follow all or even any of them – and we love the look of today’s NRL clash between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Newcastle Knights.
With the representative season over, it’s much easier to get a gauge on the form line and Souths have certainly started to put their foot down with some impressive wins over the past few weeks. While their rivals today, Newcastle, have improved considerably since their awful start to the season, they are no chance of making the semi-finals and we can’t see them matching the class of the Rabbitohs here.
