WGM started eating at this restaurant a few years ago and have seen it expand from a small shop to a much bigger one with lots of loyal regulars. It serves traditional Thai cuisine with a home-style operation and the quality of food is very consistent. In fact, they have the best Tom Yum Goong (Hot and Sour Lemon Grass Prawn Soup) we have ever tried. The smell of the coconut milk is irresistible, the sour and spicy taste is just right and although the shrimps are small they number no less than 10. Add in the mushrooms which infiltrate the soup and you’ve got something extremely delicious.
If you like piquancy, try the mid or high level to let your taste buds indulge. Other dishes are also very nice, including the Thai Hainan fried chicken rice, papaya salad and more. The one dish we don’t like is the Steamed Glutinous Rice with mango. The steamed glutinous rice is too hard and difficult to eat, but that aside this is a great little place.
