The PokerStars.net Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) has announced the return of Seoul to its schedule from next year.
The season 5 Seoul leg will take place from March 7 to 11 at Paradise Walkerhill Casino, the same venue that hosted the Season 1 and 2 APPT Seoul legs in 2007 and 2008. Those two years had 186 and 166 runners respectively, but with the poker boom in Asia since then the APPT will be hoping for a larger turnout in 2012.
The main event buy-in will be KRW 3,000,000 (US$2,600). Players can qualify for APPT Seoul packages at PokerStars where satellites are already running.
wgm8.com will provide extensive coverage of all APPT 5 events through the course of 2012.
