When it comes to horse racing in Australia, the Melbourne Cup is the biggest race, the Cox Plate is the best race, but Derby Day is by far the best day of racing. I’m going to have a bet on It’s A Dundeel. Forget what happened last week, the young champ will be better suited to the long straight and wide open space of Flemington Racecourse.
