The Cleveland Browns have received plenty of criticism over the past few years for inept decisions on and off the field, but they are a team that is getting better. I reckon Weeden will prove to be a good quarterback and Richardson has the ability to be the best running back in the competition. Baltimore should win this game, but in a tough divisional matchup in front of a national audience I reckon the head start for the Browns is too inviting to pass up.
