Secrets of sports betting Sport

Big Jim's weekend preview

I can understand why baseball is not everyone’s favorite sport. It’s a bit like cricket – it takes time to get into and its slow pace can be too much for adrenaline junkies to endure. But if you are interested at all, you must watch the World Series! Baseball is a totally different game when played at its best, and this weekend it will be at its best.

In the EPL, top-of-the-table Chelsea will host Manchester United – what more do I have to say? If you are a football fanatic then strap yourself in. I think this game could go either way so it’s a very hard betting proposition. The local Liverpool derby is also on Sunday, making this one of the best days of football this year. I reckon Everton will beat their cross-town rivals.

We have a mouthwatering matchup in the NFL this weekend as the reigning Superbowl champions travel to Dallas. This is a season defining game for the Cowboys. They either beat the Giants at home or clean out half their roster during the offseason. This might be a tough low-scoring game.

In other NFL news, the Broncos face the Saints. The Broncos sunk the Chargers in one of the most amazing comebacks in NFL history last week, and New Orleans won their last two games after a horrible start to the season. This will be a tough game and I reckon it will be a high scoring one.

For all you basketball nuts, the boring preseason is nearly at an end. There are only a few more sleeps until the NBA boys start dunking, laying up and bombing big three pointers, so there will be plenty of basketball tips coming your way in the following weeks.

Good luck and good punting.
