In addition to the traditional rice noodles and thin noodles, we recommend the kwai dieu. With perfect cooking time, kwai dieu are served soft but not mushy and are especially good with meatballs and tiny oysters. The meatballs are handmade, so are deliciously soft and chewy and the oysters are surprisingly juicy. Don’t forget to add chili sauce as it’s a perfect match with the tiny oysters! This restaurant is very popular, so try to avoid the lunch hour. You will be hard pressed to get a seat!
