Shunde is known as a district rich in fish and is also one of the birthplaces of Cantonese cuisine. Shunde Kin Wa Seafood Restaurant cooks Shunde cuisine at its best. Their signature dish, Pot Pan Fried Fish Cakes, looks golden but not greasy and tastes tender and smooth with a strong fish fragrance. Shunde fish served with hot pot is another dish you must try.

The Chef’s perfect knife skills allow him to cut the fish as thin as a cicada’s wings, while the porridge pot makes the fish flavor more pronounced. In addition to the Shunde flavor dishes, a variety of sashimi also attracted us. We are always surprised when we come here because the owner loves finding good food and liquor from around the world and introduces new dishes to his customers frequently. We recently fell in love with the delicious Fried Corn with salt and pepper, which is great with Somersby Apple Cider or Japanese Asahi beer. It’s a shock to the taste buds. The second floor of the restaurant has a VIP room which can accommodate about 15 people and has a darts area, so you can have triple the fun with good food, great liquor and a game of darts!
