Good Food Guide: Talay Thai

Written by The Panda

Whether on weekends or weekdays, with two floors and a large outdoor eating area Talay Thai Restaurant is always full of guests. We suggest you visit in the evening, pick an outdoor table and you will immediately be wowed by a 180-degree view of Macau’s charming skyline as you enjoy your appetizers. The restaurant’s staff seem busy so don’t expect first-class service, but the quality of the food should be good enough to sweep away any dissatisfaction. The restaurant owner is Thai and has hired a star Thai chef but in order to meet local tastes there has been some adjustment to the dishes with the addition of innovative elements.

The Stir-fried Minced Pork and Minced Pork Wrapped in Lettuce taste fresh on the outside with a spicy fragrance inside. The Fresh Raw Shrimps with Homemade Sauce is the most popular dish and is fresh and delicious. If you want something pungent or novel, try the Inferno Spicy Eggplant Soup, Roasted Quail with Salt and Pepper or Volcano Chicken.
