Low cost Korean airlines Air Seoul and Jeju Air have launched their inaugural flights to Macau. Citing the fact that South Korea is currently the largest international tourism market for Asia’s gaming hub, both airlines now offer seven flights a week from Seoul with the first flights having taken off in late October.
Macau represents one of the first international routes for Air Seoul, which is planning to increase its Asian destinations in the coming months.
Notably, the number of passengers flying from Macau International Airport to Korea rose by 85 percent for the first nine months of 2016.
