Written by Ben Blaschke

Macau Tower has celebrated its 15th birthday with an Anniversary Cocktail Reception attended by more than 300 guests.

Since opening on 19 December 2001, Macau Tower has played a key role in helping Macau become a world tourism and leisure centre as well as taking its place as the city’s most iconic building. As an international MICE venue, it has also spearheaded a suite of offerings in travel, leisure and culture.

Ms Pansy Ho, Chairman of Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre, said, “Macau Tower is truly honored to be part of Macau’s unique identity, integral to its modern city landscape and historical legacy. With all Macau residents, we will exert our best efforts to support the SAR Government in fulfilling the visions as set out in the 13th 5-Year National Plan. With our experiences and solid foundations, we will showcase to the world Macau’s brand.”

A special Gallery is now open at Macau Tower featuring story-telling photos from the past 15 years.
