One of the most watchable and interesting Christmas presents is Winter at Cotai Strip at Cotai Strip Resorts Macao. This year’s event runs for six fabulous weeks until 5 January 2014. When you head to Cotai Strip Resorts Macao you can expect a stunning outdoor winter wonderland, replete with a towering Christmas tree bathed in lights, a genuine ice-skating rink, enchanting stringed lights, winter markets, non-stop entertainment, the indoor ice sculpture exhibition Ice World with the DreamWorks Gang and more.
One of the highlights of Winter at Cotai Strip this year is the “Seasons of Wonder” 3D light and sound spectacular – a dazzling holiday show powered by digital video mapping technology and taking spectators on a journey themed around Winter at Cotai Strip. This nightly event by The Venetian Macao’s lagoon will show every 30 minutes from 18:00 to 22:00 with free admission, and features images projected onto the Venetian façade spanning over 43,000 square feet.
Guests are also invited to enjoy the night-time gondola rides in the outdoor lagoon available Friday to Sunday and public holidays from 17:30 to 22:30, as they glimpse spectacular moments from the light and sound show from the vantage point of their gondola.
This year’s photo competition gives both Macau locals and overseas visitors a chance to capture their favorite magical moments from the events and attractions of Winter at Cotai Strip through the artistic view of their camera lenses for a shot at the top prize of MOP$10,000 cash!
