Manchester City travels to Romania to face Steaua Bucharest in a Champions League qualifier tonight and although they weren’t exactly clinical in their first competitive match under Pep Guardiola last weekend they should take plenty of confidence form their late 2-1 win over Sunderland.
We’re also feeling plucky about City’s Champions League form of last season which saw them finally live up to their potential with a long-awaited semi-final appearance.
