Tournament favorites Japan play their final group match tonight against Jordan and although their opponents will be desperate for a win that might see them sneak into the quarter-finals we can’t see the Japanese being troubled.
Having thumped Palestine 4-0 in their opener, Japan’s coach was scathing of his side after they cruised to an ugly 1-0 win against Iraq last Friday. We’re expecting a much sharper display tonight and that spells bad news for Jordan.
