It’s a real David v Goliath battle in the League Cup semi-finals tonight as League One side Sheffield United travel to White Hart Lane for a clash with Premier League club Tottenham. Spurs have been a bit up and down this season but their home form has been solid and we certainly took note when they put five past Chelsea two weeks ago!
The big clubs often rest their best players for the League Cup but unfortunately for Sheffield United that rule rarely applies come semi-final time. Tottenham to win.
