It’s Masters time and all across Asia, golf fans will be setting their alarms for some early starts in order to watch the most prestigious of the four majors.
The Masters and its famous Augusta course are the stuff of legend and many a famous moment has been created here over the years. Even the most recent results are hard to forget – Bubba Watson’s emotional win in 2012 and Adam Scott’s breakthrough victory last year having blown a chance to win the British Open just months earlier.
Picking the winner here is a near impossible task but we like the look of American Matt Kuchar for a top 5 finish. The world number seven has been Mr Consistency here in recent years, having finished in a tie for fourth in 2013, a tie for third in 2012 and a tie for fifth in 2011. He likes this course and looks to be a good bet for another great run.
