It’s been a rare good week for Manchester United. After the humiliation of their 3-0 loss to rivals Liverpool, they produced a stunning comeback against Olympiakos in the Champions League to progress to the next round then won away to West Ham in the EPL thanks to a superb Wayne Rooney goal.
But they will be seriously tested by their cross town rivals Manchester City tonight, who take great pleasure in sticking it to United. It’s hard to forget the 4-1 mauling City handed them when they clashed at Etihad in September and Old Trafford isn’t the fortress it once was either with six wins and five losses there for United this season. City for the win.
