The annual “Feast of the Drunken Dragon” festival is headlined by an elaborate dance. This cultural dance is recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage where performers – the local fishermen – perform kung fu moves while imbibing wine as they meander through the city’s streets, starting at Senado Square at 09:00.
