As regular WGM readers would know, The Panda was recently in Las Vegas on a “working holiday” and as luck would have it the very first place he stumbled upon after landing one blazingly hot morning was Egg Works. This classically American breakfast diner began as a single restaurant in 1988 and has since expanded to six different Vegas locations – which shows just how popular it is with the locals! But it’s easy to see why.
Living up to its name, Egg Works boasts a comprehensive menu dominated by all the egg dishes you would expect – eggs benedict, bacon and eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, crepes, pancakes, burritos – you name it, they’ve got it! There are also a range of sandwich, hamburger and salad options to keep even the fussiest eater satisfied.
And of course, being the United States the meals are portioned so that you’re never going to leave hungry! Complete with a constant flow of coffee, Egg Works quickly became The Panda’s favorite morning destination and he highly recommends it as a great way to start the day the next time you find yourself flying the flag in Sin City!
