First speakers booked for inaugural The Asia Music Conference in Macau

The inaugural Asian Music Conference (TAMC), to be held at Macau’s City of Dreams in June, has confirmed its first group of speakers.

They include keynote speakers Martin Carvell – the managing director of DJ Magazine worldwide since 2006 – and Dr Allan Zeman who is the Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group, a major property owner and developer in Hong Kong’s popular Lan Kwai Fong entertainment district.

John Beh, Artists Liaison of Fuze Club in Kuala Lumpur and Director of Beone Artissts, will also speak.

The TAMC seminars will run from 12:00 to 20:00 in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Macau and will cover topics such as DJ & artist booking, Artist development, Club culture in Asia, Asian market trends, Event promotion, Music direction in Asia, Club economics and the Future of music festivals within Asia.

The idea of the conference is to bring industry professionals from across the globe together to discuss the huge potential of electronic music throughout Asia.
