Good Food Guide: Curry Tip

Written by The Panda

If you are crazy about curry, it wouldn’t surprise to see Curry Tip become your favorite destination. Why? Because the regular visitors to this establishment never get tired of eating there! This noodle shop has long been known in Hong Kong and Macau and has many loyal fans. Its curry upholds 60 years of the history of local secret recipes with this Macau style curry made with more than 100 ingredients. It tastes spicy and smells good! We recommend the cow bone soup curry with beef flank and the beef brisket with tendon. The beef flank comes with a little bit of fat and is very tasty while the beef brisket with tendon is al dente. There are three different levels of spice available.

A lot of the regulars are hooked on the most spicy curry but not everyone can handle it. For first time visitors it is recommended to try the medium or mild level spices and work your way up from there. Noodles are traditional with a unique taste while the wonton and dumplings are homemade and definitely worth a try.
