Macau Billionaire Poker (MBP) is set to open a brand new poker room in Macau, with full operations getting underway this Friday 8 April.

The room, which will launch with five Hold’em tables, will be located at Babylon Casino, Fisherman’s Wharf with the initial focus being on cash games ranging from HK$20/$50 to as high as HK$10,000/$20,000.

There will also be a special VIP table for members on which different rule and limit variations can be applied. Long term, the operators are also planning a high stakes tournament for July.

MBP has previously partnered with PokerStars LIVE Macau and the Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) for a number of Super High Roller events across Asia-Pacific, including the 2013 GuangDong Ltd Asia Millions – a HK$1 million buy-in event that saw an impressive field of 125 players compete for a first prize of HK$34.6 million.
